Components

  • Semolina Pudding

Ingredients

  • 50g butter

  • 100g sugar

  • 4 eggs, separated

  • semolina pudding

  • 500g quark

  • 50g chopped hazelnuts

  • 50g raisins

  • 20g butter flakes

Directions

  • Cook the semolina pudding and let it cool.

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  • In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar and egg yolks until foamy. Add the semolina pudding. Add quark, nuts and raisins.

  • Beat the egg whites. Carefully fold into the quark mixture.

  • Generously butter a casserole dish and fill in the mixture. Put butter flakes on top.

  • Place on the lowest rack in the oven and bake for 45min.

Semolina Pudding

Yield 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1l milk

  • 250g semolina

  • 50g sugar

  • a pinch of lemon zest

  • a pinch of salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a pot. Place on the stove and bring to a boil under constant stirring.
